        I know most have the worse time over the phone with banks..Spoke to a lady called Nicki...Service is always perfect, Information is always on point, and the is very friendly and accommodating.

        Very good bank. Thanks for the switch and the perks that came with it. Love this type of banking. Great they still have a physical presence on the high street.
