TERRIBLE- Called at 3pm to request units, he said he would call back in 10 minutes, 45 minutes later I call back he says 'yeah come down it will be ready for you' I get there just before closing at 17:45, when I get there im told 'no the prices online are trade prices' I said the guy on the phone didnt mention anything about that, cut a long story short the price had multiplied by 5 times from what was agreed on the phone he tried to accuse me of the one being rude, Im not being funny but I didnt lie to anyone on the phone and they are the ones that come from that smelly part of the planet that still barters over prices in bazaars- these are robbers and you should avoid at all cost, what a waste of petrol and time smh bad for the planet lieing to people like that.

Terrible customer service, terrible system of operation, terrible company... Seems to be run by indians from middlesex who dont adhere to their own company statements, will take your money provide you with a rubbish service ask you to spend more money in order to continue doing business with you and then talk over you and slam the phone down when you have a complaint to make or ask them to clarify their position. Save yourselves the aggravation and just use another supplier, there are MUCH better options out there who know how to do things properly... Just look at whos writing the 5*comments and who writes the 1* comments... Thats how unscrupulous they are..

Avoid at all cost, sold item to them(Trimrex Feltham) ( apparently bought goods for brother, but not convinced) and then 10 weeks in lodged a not as described claim was made via bank and not eBay the payment for 200 was then reversed , today they say item not received and have told a different story to the claim, but I have proof and will pursue this matter legally... item must be returned to confirm with banking guidelines, they will not be keeping my money or goods !! My advise is to Report to action fraud and follow up !! Saraha940 at yahoo dot com
