Lauren is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I visited her with a very sore lower back and hip pain that have been bothering me for years after just one session theres a huge improvement. I would recommend Lauren without hesitation.

Lauren make me feel like I am the only one she saw today. I don't feel she rushes or cut the time short . I had massages for over 6 month and that statement is still true. I feel lucky and blessed that I got in contact with Lauren. My first time like most was because I didn't look after myself and spent a lot of time on my legs, so one-day they say enough is enough and I was in pain for over 4days. Lauren is attentive to detail and the care for her clients shows in the first time that I when to see her. Thank you

I have been having problems with tight back and shoulders due to job etc which effects my quality of work, Lauren has been working on me a good few months and i have had such an improvement all round. Lauren is professional, knowledgeable and does a very thorough job. Highly recommended!
