Purchased the street pro at 299.99 after 2 months stopped working won't power on or charge what's sad is it has hardly been used yet I have to pay for the return and any other costs as its only under warranty for 30 days I feel the company are scamming there buyers if your thinking of buying from here dont you will lose money then what you paid there is no customer service

Really bad company to deal with, got a scooter delivered without frontal breaks. When i complained they said because of corona they were understaffed and could not help me. When they finally could help me they said that to long time has passed. Now i am fixing my scooter on my own with my money (because they wont replace it) they wont even answer my email on how i acually do fix it. I never write reviews and i am a pretty patient man but this company made med do it. Dont buy from them, you wont get any help when you need it

Bad service bad product falls apart all the time brake pads used in days brake cable snapped 4 times in 1 week replacement put on same thing not good product there using my frame has snapped and is unridable after explaining this 4months ago after have the scooter for 1month was block now cant get hold of them o ye this is after the brake light didnt work from the start and would cut out the motor if the button was pushed in would advise you not to get anything from viperscooters!! Iv put about 150pound into it to get new bits after one month now i need a new frame at 130pound and other stuff worst buy i have ever made

Very bad service my 5600w scooter has snaped and iv got no reply from them at Al happily take ur money but Don't replace ur scooter ver bad service for nearly a 2 grand scooter I can do nothing with nw
