        They no answer phone, just take the phone and hang up, the staff are not professional and they dont have knowledge, I received a text message that prescriptions are ready but when I been there they said I have to wait half an hour to dispense them

        Calling since they open 6.30 no one bother to pick up. It's 7.44. Other tescos pharmacy did pick up within 1 call.

        Had message sent that prescription was ready, yet on arrival they had misplaced it, its not the first time ive had issues with tesco dukes green pharmacy, not being notified and sometimes poor service .
