Worst agency in UK. I would give it minus 5 stars. They called us for interview and asked to meet Jazz. Jazz never showed up, waited 1hr there. Even tried calling but no response. Very unprofessional. Waste of time. Would never recommend this agency to anyone.

Unprofessional, rude, show no respect for the candidates, make us feel that we are some kind of aliens. JAZZ with blonde hair Asian lady is the disgusting and rude person I ever came across here. She shouted at me when I wanted an explanation regarding my holdidays in front of other candidates and her staff. All of her staff behaves as if they are the bosses of f2f. At the very first day they make you feel like we are precious but as time goes by, one feels the need to run away from them. They had no answer whenever I tried calling them to ask about the shifts and would say the admin who handled my paperwork were off. Ive had the worst experience of my life with this agency. I always returned home crying by the way they treated me in their office. And they are always the one who reply to your application quick but the hell worst agency to go to. Its better to stay jobless then get humiliated by these donkeys. Would never recommend this agency to anyone.
