Mann Estate

I bought a flat with Mann Estates and it was an excellent experience overall. It was a long drawn out purchase (the fault of solicitors) but Mann Estates were extremely helpful and supportive in getting It over the line. A specific shoutout to Eve C. who is hand down the best estate agent, was very receptive and always on hand to advise and galvanise the solicitors to get moving. We got there in the end and picked up my keys this week. Thanks again to Mann for their due diligence and selling this gem of a place to me in the first place. Highly recommend them.

Now I am going back almost 13 years ago nothing seems to have changed. Funny how it comes to bite you in the behind they got scared when we threatened court action years ago. Something which you should 100% do. They put us in a house that was turned in to two flats was completly illegal and there was a serious rat problem . They are fraudulent they lie cheat and are greedy. Oh and customer service is a yet to be desired by them. In the end they ignored our calls and said that the manager wasn't in till we where oh that's okay just need his name to put on the court papers he then suddenly became available.
