The receptionist is there to fight only. She thinks she knows everything. What a load of rubbish she pour into us..

you never expect doctor to be rude. But the Dr Rashid is the worst. He was very rude and didnt even let us speak. He asked to come in the evening to get a note for work. My sister was in very much pain and her work required her to get a doctors note.We went there and made payment and everything but the note wasnt ready. Instead of saying sorry Dr Rashid was fixated on the point we didnt pay earlier which btw the receptionist told us we shall pay when we come to get the note (which makes sense) as we didnt have cash on us but did offer to be back with it right way. She suggested we bring cash when we come pick it. Understandably, we came back But he kept on saying he wont make a note for us today and slammed the door which was very unprofessional. In the end he did make us a note so we were confused why he went to such lengths to make us feel like we were at wrong. He was saying it doesnt matter what receptionist told us cause what he says is important. But isnt the receptionist supposed to take our money so whatever she tells we follow. But they didnt try to understand our point. For being a medical practice, they lack empathy.

Booking emergency appointment is not easy with them . I really annoying after many times calling to medical center but they do not consider emergency request . I wish they support more especially little babies

Apart from dr Rashid this place is a shambles they removed me because I had a mental health episode requesting help after hanging up the phone to me requesting I call back at 3 I was removed for having an episode. They have no respect and no care for members of the public. Its all for the money.

Receptionists are so rude. I called to ask about my appointment time and the receptionist was rude for no reason. Told me I need to call the surgery that Im registered at to ask about my appointment when this is the practice Im registered to. Hung up the phone on me and when I called back, the same receptionist tells me they are closed on weekends however my appointment was scheduled on Saturday?? After further back and forth, she finally tells me the time of my appointment that I had initially called to ask about. What a waste of time and unprofessional behaviour from this one lady. This is not even the first time Ive encountered such unprofessional and rude behaviour from the reception at this practice. Being in health care, you guys need to do better. If I could leave No stars at all I would but 1 Star is the lowest we can give which your practice clearly doesnt deserve.
