Thank you so much for sending me to the physiotherapist for advice about my neck strain - it was quite bad and I thought I had toothache, but the dentist said it wasn't the teeth. It is reassuring to know that I have been treating it in the right way - and I really wasn't sure what was the cause of the pain.

Very bad . They don't give appointments even if you call at 8 am. Don't care nothing . Always saying go to pharmacy and ask there. And because of that bad situation in GP. many people are going emergency yo hospital and hospitals are full .

Really poor and dismissive towards patients. The receptionist is a lazy woman who makes up stories and procedures everyday constantly lying about how things should be and as long as it results in not giving an appointment. She says that she's not a doctor but advises sick people to see a pharmacist or call 111 for assistance. When you questioned her qualifications she gets nasty and raises her voice. Prior to this incompetent cow, there was another old white lady who was equally rude and constantly coughing and emptying her throat while on the phone. She made a comment to me that appointments were difficult to get because too many foreigners were coming to her country. It seems as though nothing has changed in 2022. The practice manager doesn't care either as she's never available when complaints have been raised about the practice staff. Avoid if you can, they are terrible human beings with very little or no compassion at all. I guess when you pay with peanuts you get monkeys and this surgery is full of them.
