Package wasnt delivered in time, customer service completely useless

The Driver has on 2 occasions marked the collection as unsuccessful without even knocking on my door causing a delay in orders being sent and its affected My business. In the end I had to drop it the items to the depot. Its not clearly marker where the drop off point is and I asked several drivers many who were rude and offered no help in trying to get a member of staff to accept the items, but just walked off leaving me standing in what looks like an office lobby with no one about. In the end I was assisted by a young lady to apologised and accepted the items. Never have this issue with any of the other courier companies (DHL, Parcel force, FedEx etc) perhaps its the walk up to the 4th floor that makes UPS behave like this.

My parcel was due to be delivered on monday 24th of April. As i was not at home the parcel was diverted to the nearest collection point. After work i went to the collection point my parcel wasn't there. The nice lady told me that my parcel may arrive tomorrow. I called the customer service to confirmed that i want the parcel should stay at the UPS pick up centre. Everything was documented on the APP . The next day around 4 pm when i checked the app, i said delivered to the UPS collection center. I went there the lady told me my parcel wasn't there. I went home and called the customer service and the guy told me to check proof of delivery photo. When i checked it was my parcel on a porch completely different to mine. The place has carpet mine doesnt. The wall colour was different to mine. So the driver delivered to the wrong adresse. The customer service adviser told me that he will try to contact the driver to retrieve the parcel and deliver it to me and the would contact me within an hour. So they did contact me within the hour and told me that the driver was off duty. They will follow up the situation. On Wednesday 26th morning. i called the customer service again the lady told me he will contact me within an hour. A gentleman called 50 minutes later an told me that the helper of the UPS driver is off work that day because it is a slow day and he probably couldn't reed the update on the app for tge adresse ( stupid excuses ever) and ineed to launch an investigation and they can't or won't contact the helper. And to contact the sender of the parcel for a refund. Ruined my day. The evening i called again the said i will be contacted to be updated about the investigation. This morning i contacted them again. I was really fustrated that nothing was done. I didnt know that the FBI was investigating this. And i should complete a claim form and he send me a link which which never arrived. Tonight was crazy, i called the customer service and the adviser told me the investigation never started and i should fill the form to get investigation started. I though they already started tge investigation Wednesday morning. Nothing was done during the three days and the case was closed. They sent me a link which is useless .After filling the form, the system read" call customer service to help with query ". So ive been calling for nothing fo these past two days. I can't receive a refund because the system said the parcel was delivered. I had to register a complaint with the same customer adviser i was talking to. I doubt if anything would happen about it. No direct email adresse to complain. My next recourse will be a police complaint about the theft of my property and complain to the ombudsman. I really don't have any choice because their system make it really to claim or complain about anything. Up until monday evening i thought UPS was a reputable company. How the mighty has fallen
