Very good service and quality ice cream, you can tell a lot of effort has gone into the store and sourcing quality products. Might be shooting myself in the foot here as I'd never want them to be sold out while I've decided I want some!- but their pistachio flavour ice cream is sooo it actually tastes like pistachios: not almond/marzipan like many other places. Their salted caramel flavour is also really good!

It was Sunday,The lady offered us ice cream from the leftovers that were left in the boxes. It looked terrible as each box was practically empty.

We usually love the products and customer service from here but have just visited and ordered 2 bubble teas. The lady serving didnt understand and made 2 with milk in. We explained cant drink milk so she said she would remake the drinks. Instead of doing this in fresh cups, as should have happened, she badly rinsed the cups and remade the drinks in them. Therefore when we got home we noticed chunks of milk had settled at the top of the drink and due to not being able to have milk because of allergies we now cant drink them. There are signs up on the walls of the shop mentioning about allergies etc. but even though we did mention allergies the correct procedure was not followed. We are now very unlikely to revisit which will be a shame as we normally visit regularly with our young children as a treat.
