I sadly had the misfortune of meeting one of their high quality drivers on a country lane. Rather than reversing a very short distance and pulling into a layby he squeezed past my car. As he passed I noticed he hadn't bothered to strap his lorry curtain down properly or push the ratchet handle in. I had to shout stop and climb out the window of my car walk down my bonnet and push the handle in to stop it damaging my car. After he had passed the clips that holds the curtain to the lorry had scratched my car all down the side. After contacting the company they asked me not to go through the insurance and that they would pay for the damage. I've done everything they asked sent quotes , sent a report of what happened even booked my car into a garage. 4 weeks later (24th June 2021 is when it happened) they won't return my calls and have paid nothing. I've learnt a very valuable lesson always go straight to the insurance company. Disappointed is not the word.
