Pentelow Practice

Rather varied responses, from different doctors. Lyme disease. Was told that you always get a bullseye rash, if you look this up, this information is incorrect. I have had lyme disease and have never had the bullseye rash, but I have definitely had lyme disease, very painful and has lasting effects. Lyme disease is very high this year and last, many deer are about to be culled, due to this disease. Antibiotics work fairly quickly and eradicate the disease, but as I have said, this disease has lasting effect, such as arthritis or worse. We are particularly vulnerable, as we walk through fields, on the way to shopping.

Never had an issue with the service at Pentelow Practice. Reception staff are always so helpful and go out their way when you need help. Dr Punn is a great addition to the practice.

One of the worst GP service in whole uk Im trying to book an emergency appointment last 3 to 4 days they said . Oh, we are fully booked callback 3:30 then I called at 3:30 so we are fully booked. Call back tomorrow 9 o clock then yesterday I called them 9 oclock in morning and 3:30 in afternoon same thing even I stat calling earlier.. same thing in this morning oh sorry call back 3:30 we r fully booked they dont bother anyone serious and they even dont wanna listen. Anyway I will not call u dont worry.. enjoy

Very hard to get the appointment. Appointment line should not be busy. I was caller no 2 when I rang now I am caller no 1 still on wait. It is now 1 hr 6 min wait and still going on just to book appointment. what a shame still don't know they have avilable slot for today or not. This GP is getting bad to worse
