Perfect, not a complaint. Actually, ages ago, I dropped off some paperwork into their office, and it was properly chucking it down, like, all morning - so anyway, I park up, get out of my car and step straight into the deepest puddle, like some kind of idiot - drenched. So, perfect, despite me stepping in a puddle once I mean.

Be careful with this place. Appalling service by staff. Never been treated like this by an estate agency. Been chasing up for a viewing and been given the run around by staff for over two weeks just for a viewing. Called the office and was shooed off the phone by a lady repeating a message that I would get a call back later on in the week and then literally just said goodbye and hung up the phone. Shameful service. Shame on you. Will be reporting to the property ombundsman and the first tier tribunal.

A big thanks to James and Debbie for negotiating the very swift sale of our property in Felsted. Thankfully we were not not involved in a chain but Debbie always kept us appraised of the situation with our purchasers solicitor. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andersons to anyone wishing to buy or sell.

We would just like take the opportunity to commend Debbie and James from Andersons for seeing us through what was a lengthy sale of our property. The delays were no fault of theirs, and they indeed did an immense amount of work chasing the various parties involved in the sale chain.
