Felsted Surgery

Now only accepts "Emergency Calls" between 08:00 - 10:00 on the days it is open. Still had to wait 3 minutes as "Caller No. 1", to then get transferred to JTH, for them not to be able to get a response either. No wonder you need the "Please don't be horrid to our staff" signs plastered everywhere. Methinks you should have some experience interpreting the symptoms.

Awful service and it doesnt even deserve a single star if I am honest! The phone is never answered, this morning I called twice, first time I was on hold for 1 hour and the second time much the same but I was supposedly caller 1 in the queue for 35mins+! I simply do not understand why it takes so long to answer the phone- what were the receptionists doing for so long?! Rude, unhelpful and lazy receptionists and it seems absolutely impossible to get an appointment to see a doctor. Something needs to change with this practice because there is a clear lack of care for its patients. Not good enough and I am disappointed beyond belief.

This surgery is a shadow of its former self, now it seems telephones just simply do not get answered by reception. If you need an appointment, good luck. The only people ever actually doing their jobs seem to be the dispensary staff.

The doctors at this surgery seem to be very good (and one, Doctor Pitt was magnificent, but now retired, sadly ). However, the attitude of one or two of the receptionists can be patchy, and sometimes not very helpful. This really needs to be addressed to avoid causing upset and even a level of intimidation to customers/ patients.
