Held to ransom over 2 jobs booked weeks in advance. Told the morning before that the jobs had to be paid by 12pm or wouldn't happen, despite having them being booked for weeks and also having had a credit account for the 2 previous jobs and more than enough credit rating to cover the value of the 2 jobs. Then after paying upfront, they couldn't even do the 2 jobs and had to deliver one a day late. There was subsequently a delay the next morning and again we were held to ransom, told they charge 100 per hour demurrage and would not take the empty container back until this was paid. Offered a reduction from 400 demurrage to 300 for a delay that would never have happened if they delivered on the correct date. Absolutely shocking attitude when questioned about it, we were told 'they didn't have time for this' when trying to discuss the matter. Would definitely not recommend.
