Ordered online delivery but about a third of items were missing, the rest were mouldy yet also unripened.. called to complain as the fresh produce says fresh or free and was told refund would be received in 3-5 days, but that was 2 weeks ago and nothing has been refunded. I emailed them picture evidence as they requested but they havent bothered to respond at all. I also tried to complain about the quality of the food as this has happened several times before, by this point they are just stealing off their customers by giving them the unsellable, mouldy, rotten food that will make you very ill. Avoid this shop! The quality of food is disgusting and customer service is non existent. They will steal your money and leave you with nothing edible. Thanks again, iceland. If it was possible to give this shop a 0 I would.
