My nan Gladys has been in the firs for about 2 years now and within the last 7 months it has really turned around and what a lovely friendly place it is to come Visit her. I know she is being well looked after in here and she always says how everyone is so lovely and kind to her, puts your mind at ease to know she is being cared for well x

My Nan has been in her for 2 years now and the transformation that has taken place in the last 7 months has been amazing such lovely friendly staff who really care for my nan it is a lovely home and I feel happy knowing my nan is being cared for there.

Diabolical, terrible, unprofessional, Have my father who has dementia 48hrs to move out after a couple of incidents, Released private and personal confidential information not only about him but someone involved, when asked for his notes I got pages concering other residents.... Disgusting
