On Friday 28th April to celebrate my grandson's birthday, we waited over an hour for our food to be served. Three of our menu choices were not available and as the only chicken was in a burgher, I opted for that but was very disappointed as it was very dry. Four of five in our party were not at all impressed with their meal which we considered very overpriced i e. 17 for burghers and 7.25 for all desserts of which one could not be eaten as was so hard. Would not recommend.

What a great place to be today...delivered 60 red rose buttonholes to the landlord Terry this morning,..ready for today's St.Georges Day celebrations.. Lovely pub, really nice atmosphere used it once ages ago under the old manager and said I'd never go back . But since it's changed hand it's so much nicer
