        2/3 staff very nice. Tall lady with dark hair, shorter woman with round glasses on necklace. Other woman is extremely rude and does anything to avoid work. Coworkers often complaining of her avoiding a queue build up. Speaks to people awfully. Ill turn around and leave instead of deal with her. Come another day!!! She is TERRIBLE.

        Awful, 3 attempts to get passports done and every stupid reason under the sun not to. Should not advertise they do when they clearly will not.will never use Felixstowe post office

        Located in the town centre, parking available (pay n display) with public toilets about 5 minute walk from the post office, which is located at the back of WH Smith's. Staff are lovely, I can get my mobility scooter through the shop, being careful as the Isles only allow enough room for a person or scooter (width wise) pay cash or card, sinister available last I visited.

        Once again closed early on a Saturday due to Staff Shortage/Staff Sickness - two different signs!! What's the point in having two post offices when one keeps closing early!? Keep the Bent Hill one as lovely Staff and open when they say they're going to be!
