        Mark rang back when I left a telephone message about the leak on the water pipe to my washing machine. Turned up on time, went to get a spare part and replaced part of the cold pipe - all done within an hour.

        I too highly recommend Mark, he has looked after our Heating and Hot Water systems for the past 4/5 years and never failed to let us down. His work rate is of the highest degree and always keeps you in touch with what he plans to do to rectify the problems.
