        Shocking. Wouldn't touch with a barge pole. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Replace the part which didn't actually need replacing. I paid for it. Didn't actually fix the problem then spent another 2 occasions coming round trying to sort it out probably the equivalent of a couple of hours or more. Still no idea. I contacted another plumber and he sorted it within 20 minutes. Heard other horror stories since. Never again. I'd rather try to fix it myself

        Unfortunately, Ben didn't show up. Having spoken to him on the phone, a new arrangement was made and he failed to show up for that appointment too. I've been unable to contact him and, based on my experience, wouldn't recommend him.
