        Outstanding staff and service. I am a customer and was so impressed I took my mother! Will was incredibly patient and took time explaining the results in a way Mum understood. Henry was equally patient and will an excellent sense of humour which really helped. Most importantly he explained why Mum didnt need certain extras which other companies had been keen to sell her. There is of course Caroline at reception who is also very personable and helpful. Overall outstanding service from lovely people where you can go in confidence that they will only suggest what you need rather than trying to make more profit. Importantly they are both extremely knowledgeable and professional.
