        Rude receptionist who didn't even ask for a name. My mother's appointment was for 10am. There was no one else in the shop but we were left waiting for 20 minutes without a word from anyone. No apologies for the delay. No explanation. We wouldn't have been so annoyed if someone had explained to what the delay was. Unsurprisingly we left without seeing anyone.
