the manger lies all the time said with katie saunders 17/3/1979 n the manger lies said the doctor cotman house did not call the doctor me n mum brother call the doctor really bad care home go lies katie saunders 17/3/1979 katie saunder said want to came to her mum n go on holliday she .the manger puts words in my sister mouth my katie saunders i wouldnot recermend care because the manger really lies all time about my sister katie saunders 17/3/1979 really want on holliday with family need new manger n manger lies said did not want family at cotman house n manger lies again said did not but we known the manger put words my sister katie saunders 17/3/1979 the really worrie about katie saunders stay at cotman house really bad home

Worked in this fine establishment for 8+ it's clean and tidy the staff are charming along with its residents !! Beautiful views and spacious rooms and gorgeous garden! Food is plentiful and good quality products used !! The care staff are amazing and continually work hard regardless of any issues beyond the line of duty!! Management strive to provide the best when possible, a lovely home.

My Dad has been extremely well cared for since he has been in Cotman, and my Grandmother was also happy there. It is important to remember how trying these times are for those who have the heart and soul to work in the care industry and from my experience, everyone at Cotman should be proud of the environment and companionship they provide for their residents.

A five star home, with excellent and supportive care provided to all. Fantastic sea views and lovely to see the residents regularly out and about enjoying themselves in and around Felixstowe and further afield.
