Sunrise Nursing Home

Very caring place, lovely kind staff though is in need of some new furniture. Very accommodating with family. Feel very happy our aunt is there, they cant do enough for her. She is the happiest and most cared for there for a very long time.

Thank you to the charming young man who is a staff member at the nursing home. He came to the aid of a lady who was having trouble with her mobility scooter and had broken down in the middle of the road. Thank you on behalf of the Felixstowe community.

After visiting the home a handful of times I have witnessed the home is dirty, very dated and understaffed. Despite being understaffed the carers and kitchen staff were very friendly and happy to help

Our family have been associated with Sunrise Homes(formerly Highliffe House)since 2012 where 4 members of our closest and dearest family have been superbly cared for with the upmost dignity my father who has resided here since 2014 continues to receive this same dedicated care and the change of ownership is in name only as the same staff continue to support me and more importantly my father as he reaches his end of life . you can see a more detailed testimony on the health watch Suffolk website with regards to his move from South Wales in 2014
