        Booked online for an oil service and asked to arrive at 08:30 on the day. Turned up before the opening time. Reception advised "around midday". Sat in reception (having not seen many other jobs come through) at 16:00. No communication. If the website advised "come at 8:30 and wait nearly 8hrs for an oil service" I wouldn't have booked.

        Daughter-in-law took car in for MOT was told to have two new tires and two wishbones had to be replaced 800 took to another MOT station straight away. Had it checked, found no movement at all in the wishbones , tyres had to be changed 190 bit of a difference. Guaranteed if a bloke took that car in it wouldnt of happened,

        Not confident they have done a good job had to refit wheel trims as not fitted back securely battery terminals not greased service trip not reset not very professional
