Signals Hi-Fi

It was my first visit to Signals Hi-Fi and yes, the set up and equipment available for demonstration in their listening rooms is second to none - topping out with the Naim Statement. However, mere mortals like myself are also catered for and I purchased a Bluesound Node streamer, Rega Brio amp and speaker cable. Thank you Alastair and Kevin for your personable welcome and advice which helped a hi-fi novice feel at ease.

What an absolute pleasure it is dealing with this company. Every time I test audio gear out, they go above and beyond my expectations with an impeccable service. Offering to lend out demo gear & always giving quality advice and most importantly, providing their time and patience. I have mostly dealt with Andy, who I'm building a great relationship with in terms of my needs and he is always there to assist me along the way. I really look forward to visiting Signals every time I do so, and will continue to use them on a long term basis.

Just picked up my new Rega P8 turntable. I have been a customer of Alastair's for many years. Fantastic advice, choice of equipment and always great customer service from Alastair and Andy, coffee is good too!

After visiting a few Hi-Fi shops we came across signals in Ipswich. The equipment in there is amazing. Originally we was just looking to buy a sound bar. After Alastair showing us some other options we bought 2 stand up Dynaudio Evoke 50 speakers, Evoke centre speaker, Dynaudio sub 6 speaker, AV amp, 2 Naim Musos and Naim amp. Yes, they showed us what music could really sound like, we got goosebumps! The sound bar just wouldnt do it anymore. Second to none is their customer service. We was loaned two speakers while waiting for our new ones. Andy came out to us 4 on occasions just to help us set the equipment up. I can not put into words how amazing the service is. They are the gods of the Hi-Fi world, you can not go anywhere better, no matter how much you are spending. The experience they gave us and continue to give us is exceptional! Nothing is ever too much, they really do bend over backwards We look forward to seeing them again!
