One of the rudest stores I have ever been into, and then told a load of misinformation. Had many vapes before but wont be going back to these guys customer service 0 will buy my consumables and liquids elsewhere, would support local and use the vale store a across the road much more friendly and helpful

I bought 4 x AEQ vape starter kits and arrived home to find one box was empty. I returned to the shop the next day and the salesperson was very apologetic and called his manager [Joe Watson] who had sold me the box without the vape to advise him. The manager offered no apology and simply said he didn't check! As the salesman in this shop is always very helpful I will return again. As for the manager - he may need to revisit his customer service skills. The salesman is the reason we go there and has helped us to quit smoking and always offers great advice. The salesman would get 5 stars from me and we are always happy with the VPZ product.

Absolute joke of a shop. Manager stands out the front of the store smoking constantly, and after going into the shop I realised he knew f all about vaping but tried to force sell to me I had a similar experience with the northern bald guy working their suffice to say I spent no money and will not be wasting my time going in there again. Not sure whos running things here, its laughable really I mean if you still smoke fair enough its contradictory though, do it out of the view of potential punters for goodness sake
