The best! Peter first came to sort out an emergency shower repair for me 8 years ago, it was brilliant to find a true professional. He's a boiler expert and will get parts for older boilers which are otherwise in good order, when other engineers tell you it's not possible.........he'll also be straight and tell you if a problem isn't fixable. A problem solver, up on the newest technology, but also respects traditional solutions which work. Yes he's busy, but if you leave a message he will return your call.

Since moving to Felixstowe five and a half years ago, we have used this Company from Day One having found Pete on the Internet. He is a one-man band and takes pride in his work and is an experienced Gas Safe Engineer. We have had several plumbing works undertaken and if a part is needed that he for some reason doesn't have, the necessary part is produced within a matter of hours! Pete is extremely reliable, honest and trustworthy and we are more than happy to recommend him to our friends and neighbour's. Even with the pandemic he has still made himself available 24/7. When family members went down with Covid he stayed away from home in order that he could carry on working so as not to disappoint his customers. He is an extremely busy person so if you do contact him and you don't get an immediate response, please be patient! He knows from looking at his phone that you have contacted him and he will be in touch with you as soon as he is able to bearing in mind that he has his books to do and contact people that have been in touch with him in order to give them an appointment time/date. We would rate Pete 10/10.
