        As someone with very complex health I feel extremely fortunate to have Haven Health as my Doctors surgery the staff from the care navigators,HCAs,Nurses and doctors are all incredibly kind and helpful they go out of their way to help me even if its just reassurance nothing is to much trouble and most importantly they listen. I rate this surgery highly and Ive been to most of the others but for me this one is the best by far. A massive Thankyou to all the staff at Haven Health keep doing what youre doing because the quality of the care I receive is outstanding and thats massively appreciated xxx

        Not a bad word to say about this GP! I was so nervous when I moved to Felixstowe 3 years ago, after having such a good GP in my hometown down South I never thought anywhere else would compare. How wrong I was! From the moment I moved here I have never had a bad experience. All the staff reception/nurses/doctors etc are so polite and friendly. The online Ask My GP facility is brilliant (far better than the old e-consult one, that was a little long-winded), I always get a response very quickly and a call back/appointment when necessary, nothing ever seems too much hassle! Well deserved 5-stars :) Thank you Haven Health.
