Cons: I had arranged for a timed delivery of two palettes. The driver turned up randomly a day early - Luckily there was someone there to receive it!! The other palette didn't turn up on the scheduled day, I had to call to find out what was going on... Arrived two days later.
So it was a total of 3 delivery attempts, none on the actual day we had arranged. So we had three wasted days when we'd arranged to be there for the original delivery date. I hate leaving average/negative reviews but I think 3/5 is fair enough considering the above.
