        I booked a holiday with them in a group, and requested a cancellation as I caught covid. Was told I would not be able to get a refund. The next day, France imposed travel restrictions and they gave refunds to everyone else who was in the group. Completely unreasonable that they're unable to provide me a refund when I wasn't able to attend just a few days before. An extremely unprofessional and unethical company that profits off people's misfortune. Take your business elsewhere.
