Yoga Trapeze with Fit-Fusion is amazing. The patient, professional coaching I have is second to none & I have achieved so much. I have learnt a new skill (at 54!), have an excellent full body workout each time & it has almost certainly cured a decades long back issue. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Highly recommend Fit-fusion, all their classes are of the highest standard. I have been attending their classes for over four years now, at least three times a week. That in itself goes to show how amazing they are! The instructors are extremely professional, friendly, welcoming and have a great atmosphere. You always leave knowing you've had a good workout.
