Only great experiances at The Well, great for anyone who wants to take care of themselves with amazing 1 on 1 sessions, I love to use the sauna after a session which just helps me to relax and unwind. Highly recommended.

I love the sauna at The Well! Perfect way to relax and unwind, whether that be after a workout or a long day/week. Couldn't ask for better facilities! Highly recommended!

Ive had sports massage sessions from Samantha at the Well followed with use of the sauna facility. It is a great session that I would thoroughly recommend to anyone.
