A soul destroying experience. Waiting for a phone to he upgraded. It's been an hour and STILL waiting. Been told it'll be 10 minutes about 4 times now. Honestly don't think the manager knows what he's doing. I loathed phone shops before today, somehow they've managed to be even worse. Abandon all hope all who enter here.

Probably not the staffs fault, but they advertise in store the cost of a handset on pay as you go, but actually after pressing for an answer, they finally admitted that they are advertising something they cannot offer. Contacted ee customer services centre to look into it. No good advertising something if you can't supply..
