The worst agency I've ever dealt with. Tenats are being told that the property you renting isn't yours and basically they can do whatever they like letting contractors etc.keep the key to your ''home'' and see nothing wrong with it. No support, all they care about is what landlord says and tha's it. Lying about chasing the contractors which they didn't do. Causing me stress every time I have to report anything, takes weeks to actually fix things and rent is absolutely ridicolus for studio flat. I would avoid.

As a landlord I have dealt with Carl and his team for many years. Always helpful, friendly, efficient and professional as well as great value. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Would never go anywhere else

Carl and Sophie are the top of the game for letting your property, I really do not have to worry they really take care of everything they make letting so much easier. Things always get resolved quickly and with no fuss so great for tenants as well. So glad you set the business up Carl best thing I ever did moving over to Serenity
