I would give 0 star. A weekend without heating or hot water for a 1 year old is not acceptable. I understand what your policies are to the gas providers and that's disgusting.

Reported a leak from the cylinder last December, we have been pushed backwards and forwards between company the leak has now rotted the floor and is affecting floors in 3 rooms. Bearing in mind the cylinder is leaking above an electric light we are still waiting. Now we have no hot water or heating in a house with someone who is disabled and suffers chronic pain and has had morphine added to her numerous medications. The tank has been ordered and measured 3 times now and photos taken by workmen numerous times we are still waiting a year later. Perhaps environmental health would be interested as it's been a year!

I enjoy talking to the residents of this place they know country music and they order things and if they have some left over they are soo kind they let us have it best place ever
