        Stayed here last weekend. Very disappointed with the shower. There was no power in it all all. The bath was dirty from the previous customers. I had to clean it and then have the shower which was disappointing. The hotel needs alot of refurbishment doing to it. Location was good. Rooms: Very disappointed with a dirty bath. The shower had no power at all.

        Luxurious hotel based in quiet town right near the beach. Ive picked the luxury suite and was well upgrading for 20. 10min walk to the beach, complimentary Toiletries, Water and biscuits. 5* customer service by all hotel staff. I had doubts before booking as Im more of a modern hotel person but it really opened my eye that I originally booked for 2 nights that I extended my stay an extra night. My family lives in Felixstowe and will be staying here again. Thank you The Orwell hotel for your hospitality.
