    I love working with Rita she has a very structured approach to learning, a mixture of education and self analysis. On the education piece, given the amount of times I have been through "diet programmes" i thought i knew it all and my issue was acting on the knowledge. What I was surprised at was how much I learnt about food, exercise and my bodies interaction with both. On the self analysis side I must admit to being a bit cynical about this, even though I had done lots of coaching in work i have never done this sort of learning about my biggest personal challenge (making time for my own health and fitness!). How wrong I was on the impact this had! I changed my mindset so much during the coaching. Rita said to me this would be the last programme I ever needed, and so far this is proving right. Despite letting my hair down over Christmas I used the content to plan my year and focus on 2023 outcomes. I will be using Rita services again once I make the fully embed the learning into my "DNA" and to take me on the next phase of my health journey. Also looking forward to attending the fitness weekend later this year.

    To say that Rita has enabled me to begin to grow and improve as a person, would be an absolute understatement. Choosing to work with her over the past few months, is simply one of the best decisions I have ever made. I never thought in a million years that I would get to the point in my life where I felt I needed help to change, but having experienced symptoms of long covid for five months, which resulted in putting on weight due to fatigue and inactivity, I reached an all-time low. In retrospect, I was very naive about the transformation programme I was about to enter into when I first contacted Rita through her website. I thought I would gain a better insight into nutrition, receive advice about how to exercise effectively and build up strength and ultimately shift a few poundsbut 'no.' What Rita offers is so much more than this. The holistic nature of the programme she offers enables you to connect and communicate on a completely bespoke and personal level. The process does not purely focus on weight loss, but encourages you to face and talk about what has shaped the person you have become. From the moment we spoke, she encouraged me to speak freely, and this comes from someone who has learnt to be intensely private. She doesnt simply hear what you say, but listens to your words without judgement, and with thought, consideration and empathy. She finds a way through and with her advice, guidance and wisdom, she has helped me to not only lose weight, but on a personal level, achieve so much more - utter commitment, dedication and change in mindset, the formation of new lifelong and sustainable habits and a growing inner confidence and new-found self-compassion that I am particularly proud of. I have increased energy, stamina and flexibility, and I am so much healthier. I look forward to exercising and Ive started to find time for me without feeling guilty. At no point in this process, have I ever felt alone. Rita will guide you every step of the way. If I could have one wish, it would be for every woman who doesnt feel comfortable in her own skin in any way to be able to benefit from everything I have learnt, and to experience the wonderful intuitive, inspirational, responsive and always knowledgeable support and guidance on this amazing journey. With Rita at your side, always on your side, you will not only experience weight loss, learn about nutrition and different types of exercise most suitable for you, but will experience the gradual formation of new habits, positive growth mindset and the psychology that enables you to understand why youve perhaps acted a certain way in the past and how you can alter that to achieve a healthier, happier, sustainable version of you.     I was introduced to Rita through a trusted friend an my experience with Rita as a coach has been amazing. I never thought I would achieve so much, such as my weight loss, body transformation and self confidence. I also joined Rita's retreat in Cyprus , it was a beautiful place and a safe environment to be myself. Being part of the sisterhood circle is an experience that has changed my life.     Towards the end of last year suddenly and somehow Rita and I connected on LinkedIn. I remember my initial rejection of the thought of a coach to help me with my health and fitness but overnight I changed my mind and decided that I did actually deserve to put me and my health first for once. I really appreciate Rita's approach as losing weight isn't just about eating less or exercising more, it has to include mindset work. Through the weeks of the program with Rita I have completed different activities which have really helped me clarify who I am, what it is I want and how it is within my power to create the person I want to be. Since signing up with Rita I have made numerous changes, mostly very small, but as they add up, a new way of living and being is emerging that is compatible with my lifestyle. Some of the small, but significant, changes I have put into place, include drinking more water, especially first thing, making movement part of my morning routine, meal planning and cooking from scratch more often, and thinking more often of my why and how I want therefore to BE. Amazingly (as yes, I was in doubt) I have lost over a stone in weight and am so much nearer to being the person I want to be inside and out. I still have a long journey to travel but I am enjoying it as I go and, for once, I have certainty that I will arrive at my destination. Thank you so much Rita - thank you for doing what you do!
