I went there yesterday for a razor which the employee named shannen asked for ID when I didnt have it I had to look for something else to buy. I saw fro, the corner of my eye that her and this other employee near the make up area was laughing at me. When I was leaving they were also laughing at me so I question the employee I believe her name is Hannah and she said she was not laughing. This experience has made me incredibly uncomfortable and I hope that serious actions are take ,because no customer deserves to be bullied or feel uncomfortable.
I dont think I would want to come back and I shop at this shop regularly and this is the first time I have Holme across such a rude employee.
