        I had an appointment cancelled due to Jenny being ill in January and have tried to rebook the appointment for over 2 months with no response. I have sent texts (replying to the cancellation text I received), left voicemails on the salon landline and sent a Facebook message. Unfortunately I have not received very good customer service.
