        unhelpful people who obviously don't communicate with each other let alone there patients....wich made me seek another practice for my much needed treatment

        Due to a previous bad experience many years ago I am a very nervous patient. Often cancel or rearrange appointments but I needed to have treatment and couldn't put it off anymore. Upon arriving the receptionist was warm and welcoming. The dental practice like usual was clean and tidy... Dentist Chandru and his lovely assistant was brilliant. His calm and polite attitude helped put me at ease. I felt no pain at all. Although I still could not control my shaking. The dental nurse there was also great allowing me to squeeze her hand during the extraction. This was the best dental experience I have had in a long time.
