Very happy with the service provided by RJJ Freight. This was the first time importing anything into the country and it was made a breeze because of the professionalism of RJJ Freight. They kept me informed and updated very regularly and contacted me for documents with plenty of time spare. I spoke mostly to Sharon, who is very responsive to emails; most of the time emailing back almost instantly and she always kept me informed of the situation, so thank you for the exceptional customer service! Was introduced to RJJ by their partner in UAE. Before commiting, spoke to a gentleman about my concerns about cargo and damages. To get the business i was promised the world and the fact all care would be taken when offloading my vehicles. 2 out of 3 vehicles suatained serious damage. 1 car from the roof where it was lifted to high (they are trying to blame their partner in UAE for poor loading) however there is no evidence to support and it seems like a pass the blame scenario. It is equally poor unloading that has/could have caused this. As the damage was done on RJJ premises, they have refused after a number of attempts to even ackknowledge or discuss whats happend with them simply trying to pass the book on. Have asked for a copy of the liability insurance and again i am.being refused a copy of that. Further more the second car was driven off the container and whilst in their care and at their premises, their staff had incorrectly boosted the car with direct 24V voltage, and toasting the cara fusebox and electrics. This was done infront of witnesses and they are again refusing to even acknowledge their mistake and again passing the book. This has done an enourmous amount of damage and will costs thousands to rectify. This is not what you expect when paying for a service and trusting a company with your expensive cargo. Seems like they were just getting the businesa in and couldnt careless now that they have caused damage and are washing their hands ofit. I am still trying to rectify the issue with Kevin and see if they will do the right thing. As the damage was caused on their property their own libility insurance is in play. I would seriously re consider using this company and for sure will be taking this matter further if needed.

Having never imported goods in the country before - I came across RJJ through another source and I cant thank these guys enough for co ordinating my delivery from China. A special thanks to Steph , who was always at the other end of the phone given these times and helped me along the way with the process. Also wanted to say a thanks to Paul Merrin who also helped me a great deal with my delivery. These guys went above and beyond my expectations when I was struggling to find companies to deal with. I will most definitely be using these guys for my near future deliveries. Highly recommend RJJ to anyone looking for a professional, responsive and great value for money company for your import / exporting goods. Thanks again guys!

Proved themselves indespensible with guidance and processes surrounding the complex and ill defined world of shipping and clearance. Nigel in particular undoubtedly headed off disaster several times when dealing with various responsibilities and time sensitive issues which would be unknown to a normal domestic consumer. No reservations in highly recommending.
