        I visited wh Smith Felixstowe, 15 sept 10approx couldn't see what I wanted, so asked staff member (Becky) she said she'll look in her warehouse 5mins later was back with exactly what I wanted , fantastic brilliant old fashioned (sorry to say) courteous service 10/10

        A lot of products for such a small WHSmith. However, the lady at the till (blonde one) very rude. She was rude with the customer in front of me, and rude with myself as well. Honestly you cant just be rude with everyone. From now on I would rather go the the Ipswich one as people in there are lovely and never rude.
