Robin has worked miracles on both our office Macs and they are now better than new. He diagnosed the issues over the telephone and said he could fix them at our convenience. He then took each one away and the speed they worked on return was astonishing, they were even faster than when brand new 6 years ago. Both hard drives were upgraded to 1TB SSDs and from 8GB to16GB of RAM. Cannot recommend Orwell Computers too highly, if your Apple device is playing up, tired or in need of upgrading do not hesitate to call Robin and all done for a reasonable cost - saved us buying two very expensive new iMacs!

Robin told me precisely what he thought was the problem and how he planned to fix it, the cost and the time frame. He was good to his word and punctual. This is the second time he has worked on the machine and I have been very satisfied both times.
