I arranged a last-minute gel manicure appointment due to a cancellation, and was really happy with the service Malissa provided on the day. However, the next day one of the nails chipped incredibly easily, and cracks started to appear on a couple of other nails within 3 days. After 10 days most of the nails were chipped or peeling from the sides, despite me taking good care of them and not having a manual job. So disappointing. I don't mind paying 26 at all, but I expect the nails to last at least two weeks for that price. I contacted the salon twice, and they responded the first time to offer to touch up the first nail, but due to living in the midlands I was unable to return. They didn't reply to my second message, to offer any kind of refund or voucher. Such a shame, as I had high hopes for this place. Service: Manicure
