        Don't waste your time with this company. I arranged for 'Simon' to carry out an air conditioning service at our business. To be quite honest I had a feeling things wouldn't go to plan from the start, and my fears were realised when he didn't turn up at the arranged time. When I called to enquire where he was, without any hint of an apology he said he was 300 miles away and was 'too busy' to make it. When asked if he ever had any intention of letting us know, he simply replied 'no not really'. People like this don't deserve any business. I'd have given zero stars it was an option.
