I made an enquiry as to my vaccuum repair and although they couldn't do it suggested a shop in Wakefield who fixed it and gave it a service in the same day. I wanted to say thankyou for being honest and for pointing us in the right direction

They were unable to repair the hoover I took in due to the make of the hoover,but they were very pleasant and explained why couldn't repair it.
