Been coming for years on and off, always a good welcome, no nonsense, tough training with great results, paul and the guys are brilliant at getting the best out of you. Highly recommend training here

Paul's a great man .. he provides a great service my kids love him ... isaiah and niah and harmony are always talking about Paul and how he makes them laugh with he's delightful personality.. and they love millie so much I found the kick boxing club very professional and safe I even leave my children and they are supervised thank u Paul and staff can't fault you u are bring a great service to the community haylee isaiah harmony and niah

Great workout, Paul mixes it up each week so it's never a boring routine. Brilliant atmosphere, good fun. I am 63 and feel very comfortable at this class even though I can't always keep up with the younger members!

Great friendly club, began when I was around 13 now 26, was first a hobby but then went into the fighting and became a champion. Huge part of my life and loved every time of it.
